About the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive a specific project within the Equipment Engineering team, appropriate in time
- Learn about the semiconductors and maintenance generally, the fab way of work, and the Equipment Engineering role Report out at the end to senior management about the results of the project, benefit to NXP, and what was learned
Job Qualification:
- The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred
- Prefer Dec 2027 and May 2028 graduation dates
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in electromechanical system construction, repair, and/or maintenance
In order to be considered for a summer internship with NXP you must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the internship term. If you are graduating prior to July 2027 please apply to Entry Level full-time roles.
