About This Role
This role involves capturing high-quality images for a variety of events and products, from weddings to commercial shoots, and managing the entire photography process from setup to basic editing. The ideal candidate will be a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work flexibly with a small team.
Responsibilities
- Capture images for wedding sessions, studio, sports/corporate events, and commercial products
- Manage lighting setup and image composition according to the requirements of each type of shoot
- Perform basic editing and retouching processes using Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop
- Collaborate with videographer and creative team to ensure consistency of results with BEP brand
- Manage image files, backup, and project organisation system neatly
- Be prepared for on-location shoots, including weekends and evening times according to client schedule
- Assist in-house album printing process when required
- Stay aware of current photography trends and suggest creative improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year photography experience (strong portfolio may be considered even without formal experience)
- Proficient in handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras and supporting equipment (lighting, flash, reflector)
- Proficient in basic editing software (Lightroom / Photoshop)
- Must include portfolio when applying
- Own vehicle for on-location shoots
- Flexible to work on weekends / irregular times according to event schedule
- Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a small team
- Experience in commercial product photography or sports photography
- Basic drone skills
- Knowledge of printing process/album design
- Previous experience working in creative agency or studio environment
