About the role
Role Overview:
We're happy to be hiring a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to handle warm leads for our construction services clients in the United States. This is a fast-paced role where you'll reach interested prospects, weigh up their needs, and book appointments with our sales specialists. The right person comes alive in a phone-based setting, brings excellent communication skills, and can work effectively through Pacific Time business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take incoming leads from Facebook campaigns within 2.5 minutes of submission
- Place outbound follow-up calls to warm prospects
- Qualify leads against supplied criteria
- Book appointments with sales specialists
- Work from proven scripts and calling processes
- Hold accurate records in the CRM system
- Take on overflow cold calling through slower periods
- Give excellent customer service to every prospect
- Hit daily and weekly appointment setting targets
- Take part in team meetings and training sessions
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills – MUST (clear accent, professional tone)
- Earlier time in appointment setting, telemarketing, or phone sales
- Strong phone presence and confidence
- Capacity to follow scripts while still sounding natural
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Stable internet connection and quiet work setting
- At ease working on your own from home
Preferred Skills:
- Time spent with CRM systems or lead management tools
- Grounding in construction, home services, or B2C sales
- Familiarity with the US market and culture
- Time spent handling warm inbound leads
- Proven history of hitting appointment targets
