Your responsibilities include welcoming patients, processing prescriptions, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations such as HIPAA. You will support daily operations by handling transactions, maintaining a clean environment, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will complete required training and help implement company initiatives to enhance service outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible for pharmacy technician registration with the state board
- 0 to 6 months of experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
