We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacy Technician with strong sterile compounding experience to join a collaborative and fast-paced pharmacy team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a clinical environment and is passionate about patient safety and medication accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and compound sterile IV medications in accordance with established protocols

Support pharmacists in medication preparation, distribution, and inventory management

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Maintain cleanroom and sterile compounding environments

Accurately process medication orders using electronic medical records

Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy technician experience
- Sterile compounding (IV) experience required
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Experience working with EMR systems (Cerner preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
