Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented Pharmacy Retail Associate to support the daily operations of a retail pharmacy within a healthcare setting. The role involves providing quality customer service to patients while ensuring smooth retail operations and proper inventory management.
Summary:
- Salary: Up to $2700++
- Location: West region
- Working Hours: Weekdays 5.5-day work week (42 hours)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service and assist patients with retail pharmacy enquiries.
- Monitor queue flow and assist in reducing patient waiting time.
- Operate cash register and handle daily cash transactions.
- Promote retail products and weekly promotions to customers.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organisation of the retail area and storage spaces.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves when required.
- Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure products are in good saleable condition.
- Perform goods receiving, inter-branch transfers, and inventory checks.
- Assist in cycle counts and stock-taking activities.
- Maintain daily sales records and perform data entry into the inventory system (SAP).
- Assist with documentation, filing, and preparation of reports.
- Support onboarding and guidance of new staff when required.
- Participate in workplace improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
