Job Description As the Pharmacy Network Lead at Formula Health, you will architect and scale the nationwide compounding pharmacy network powering our platform. You will own the entire supply chain—from sourcing and negotiating high-stakes partnerships to ensuring 50-state coverage with zero single points of failure, directly impacting how thousands of clinics deliver personalized care.

What You Will Do

• Source, negotiate, and execute contracts with compounding pharmacy partners to ensure 50-state coverage and triple-redundancy for all high-volume medical SKUs.
• Manage end-to-end network performance, overseeing critical metrics including shipping times, fill accuracy, stockout prevention, and white-label packaging consolidation.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver seamless platform integrations while monitoring complex licensure, accreditation, and regulatory compliance across the entire partner network.

The ideal candidate

• Holds 2+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or investment banking, demonstrating high autonomy, detail obsession, and comfort with complex financial modeling.
• Possesses the professional maturity to negotiate with senior pharmacy executives and the "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset required to build supply chain operations from scratch.
• Has a proven track record of solving "chunky," ambiguous problems and brings the ability to work in-person 4 days a week in San Francisco.
