DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

• Audit claims and processes required for mixed-use areas, outpatient clinics, retail pharmacies and contract pharmacies utilized in operations related to the 340B program.
• Collaborate with program administrator to optimize virtual inventory, track manufacturer payments and review published 340B ceiling prices.
• Develop and retrieve routine and ad hoc medications reports from electronic medical record, split billing software and wholesaler for pharmacy leadership and research needs.
• Complete data analytics, data mining and data synthesis activities. Display adequate time management skills in order to execute other duties as assigned.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the 340B program. Strive to consistently improve the overall efficiency, value and internal support of the 340B program.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s degree or two years of health care or business operations experience is required.
• Must apply for registration as a Pharmacy Technician prior to hire.
• Experience with 340B Drug Discount Program, pharmacy purchasing experience, knowledge of contractual relationships, experience working with federal and state regulations, and vendor relations is strongly preferred.
