As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide pharmaceutical care and clinical support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Dispense medications accurately and safely in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Adhere to all pharmacy policies, clinical guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the day-to-day operations and workflow of the pharmacy department.
- Review patients' medication profiles to ensure appropriate and effective medication therapy.
- Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
- Counsel patients and caregivers on medication usage, dosage, storage, and potential side effects.
- Supply prescribed medications and provide clear instructions to promote safe and effective use.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy with a valid registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
