Pharma IT Testing & Validation Delivery Lead

Job Summary:

• A leading organization is seeking an experienced Pharma IT Testing & Validation Delivery Lead to manage global testing and validation services across multiple Life Sciences programs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end testing and validation delivery across multiple pharmaceutical IT projects.
• Lead onsite and offshore QA teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and India.
• Define testing strategy, governance, KPIs, delivery standards, and quality metrics.
• Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, and data validation activities.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled testing, and modern Quality Engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV / CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity requirements.
• Manage risks, delivery quality, resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the escalation point for delivery concerns and customer issues.
• Support solution design, staffing, account growth, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience:

• 8+ years of IT and Quality Assurance experience.
• 5+ years supporting Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences clients.
• Proven experience leading global testing services and distributed QA teams.
• Strong expertise in Test Strategy and Governance.
• Strong expertise in Functional and Integration Testing.
• Strong expertise in UAT and Regression Testing.
• Strong expertise in Data Testing and Validation.
• Strong expertise in Quality Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and validation requirements.
• Excellent customer-facing, executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing QA delivery organizations.
