What You Can Earn Paid training starting at $25 per hour Transition to 18% commission on completed services Opportunity to earn $60,000 to $80,000+ annually Uncapped monthly sales commissions The more initiative you take to grow your route, the more you will earn

Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Pest Control Technician, you'll:
- Perform pest management services for residential and commercial customers
- Inspect properties and recommend solutions
- Build strong customer relationships based on trust and professionalism
- Manage your route efficiently and independently
- Identify opportunities to better serve your customers
- Maintain service documentation and reports
- Work closely with office staff to ensure excellent customer service

- No experience in pest control necessary
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license must be maintained through life of employment
- Experience in home services industry is preferred but not required
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen. Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations :
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions
