Pest Control Technician Exterminator

About This Role

Serving as a Pest Control Technician and Exterminator, you will manage commercial accounts by conducting thorough inspections, developing effective solutions, and treating customer facilities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who can work independently and maintain excellent customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests professionally and timely
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in-depth training and company resources to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records
• Work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No experience required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
