What You Will Be Doing:
You will oversee all personal training memberships sales. As the Personal Training Director will hire, train, and develop staff for our personal training sales department. You are responsible for staffing personal training sales counselors and personal trainers.
Your previous experiences and background enable you to identify the needs of our members and guests, ensuring they are provided hospitality and care when learning their fitness goals.
You are required to sell personal training, pilates, and fitness memberships.
Skills:
- Lead generation
- Pushing new sales
- Strong retention program
- Inside & outside marketing strategy
- Ability to pitch corporate wellness programs
- Strong background in: Social Media - Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales and Management-- Ideally Fitness Industry
- Experience working with others and motivating a team
- Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
- Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with LA Fitness
