We're looking for an Assistant Personal Training Director who's hungry to grow, lead a team, and make a real impact on people's lives, while earning great income doing it.

Duties
- Support and manage a team of personal trainers
- Drive monthly training revenue and club performance
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new trainers
- Conduct 3-5 consultations daily with members
- Present and sell personal training packages
- Build strong relationships and deliver elite customer experience
- Help improve team performance, retention, and results
Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills to foster client relationships and team collaboration
- Strong employee orientation skills to motivate staff and promote professional growth
- Experience with interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, and supervising team members
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and organizational abilities
- Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development, budgeting, marketing, and sales management
- Effective communication skills for team coordination and client engagement
- Time management expertise to balance administrative tasks with active coaching responsibilities
