About This Role
This role is for a qualified Personal Trainer who wants to build a successful fitness business within a thriving gym environment. You will help members achieve their health, fitness, and performance goals through personalised coaching, exercise programming, and lifestyle support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised fitness coaching and training programmes
- Conduct fitness consultations and member onboarding through the MOVE programme
- Build and grow your Personal Training client base
- Lead Group Training sessions, workshops, and member events
- Support member engagement, retention, and overall gym experience
- Promote and deliver bespoke coaching services tailored to individual goals
- Establish yourself as a trusted fitness professional within the club community
- Contribute to a positive, motivating, and results-driven gym culture
Requirements
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
- CIMSPA Practitioner Membership
- Public Liability Insurance (
