  • Fixed Component:

    • No Experience: $3,600-$3,800 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance
    • Experienced Bankers or Financial Advisers: Up to $5,000 Basic + $300 Monthly Allowance + Sign-On Bonus

  • First-Year Income: $80,000-$100,000++ (Fixed + Incentives)

  • Incentives Details:

    • Uncapped Monthly Incentives: Start earning Incentives after achieving 50% of your monthly revenue target. Average performers can earn $6,000-$8,000 monthly gross, with 5-figure income potential for top performers.

Core Responsibilities

• Primary Objective: Deliver comprehensive Wealth Management solutions to Retail Banking clients by actively promoting and selling Bancassurance products and Investment Funds

  • Product Suite: Bancassurance and Investment Funds, including Savings, Retirement and Investment solutions.

• Client Engagement: Engage Branch Walk-in clients through face-to-face (F2F) consultations, or arrange F2F/virtual meetings via Tele-prospecting using the bank’s client database

• Conduct Client Profiling consultations to assess financial needs and goals

• Meet clients at islandwide branches or convenient locations.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents (PRs) ONLY
• Minimum Local Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree, of any discipline (as per MAS requirements)
• If shortlisted, attain relevant CMFAS certifications (guidance provided)
• Strong sales drive and motivation to achieve high income
• Strong interest in Wealth Management and client-facing sales
• Willingness to work 5.5-day weeks, including Saturday mornings
