The Personal Banker upholds a tradition of honesty and integrity while providing financial transactions to existing and potential customers. This role is responsible for processing all financial transactions, managing the cash drawer, ensuring proper balancing procedures, operating proof/image machines, and opening new accounts. The right individual identifies customer servicing issues for resolution and recognizes customer needs for additional products/services, making appropriate referrals to other bank members for complex opportunities.
