About This Role

Providing comprehensive support to selected team members, this role focuses on managing both personal and professional tasks to enable them to concentrate on strategic priorities. It involves conducting research, coordinating travel, and handling communications with discretion, making it ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual.

Responsibilities

• Support selected Spooners by handling both personal and professional errands, helping them stay focused on their strategic priorities
• Conduct thorough research on various topics relevant to the assisted Spooners, and distill findings into clear, concise reports
• Organize travel experiences by coordinating transportation and accommodation for both business and personal trips
• Manage communications with discretion and efficiency, responding to requests promptly
• Take ownership of small projects from initial planning through to completion

Requirements

• Reasoning ability: can solve complex problems, thinks from first principles, structures ideas sharply, resists biases, identifies and takes care of important details
• Drive: extremely ambitious, with initiative, effort, and tenacity matching ambition; feels deeply responsible for work; holds self to a high and rising bar

Important Details

• Contract: permanent or fixed-term
• Work format: most days in the Milan office during the first few months, then from one of the offices or remotely from approved countries
