You will deliver high-quality, long-lasting enhancements such as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips, helping clients look and feel their best. Responsibilities
- Perform permanent makeup procedures including eyebrow microblading, eyeliner, lip blush, and other cosmetic tattooing treatments with precision and safety
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable procedures tailored to their features
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and comply with health regulations
- Provide exceptional guest services by creating a comfortable, professional atmosphere during consultations and treatments
- Educate clients on aftercare instructions, product recommendations, and future touch-up appointments to ensure optimal results
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales of related beauty products
- Conduct product demos and upsell relevant services or products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Requirements
- Proven experience in permanent makeup application such as microblading, micropigmentation, or cosmetic tattooing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures specific to cosmetic tattooing practices
- Ability to educate clients on procedures, aftercare, and product use confidently while demonstrating professionalism
Nice to have:
- Background in beauty or aesthetic services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care, or hair styling
- Experience in retail sales or guest services within a salon or spa environment
- Certification in permanent makeup techniques from an accredited program; ongoing training is encouraged to stay current with industry trends
