Hiring: Performance Testing / Performance Engineering
Domain: Banking / FinTech (Core Banking & Insurance Migration)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute JMeter scripts for APIs, UI, and batch processing
- Perform stress, soak, and endurance testing for high-volume banking transactions
- Monitor response times, TPS, error rates, and infrastructure utilization
- Support bottleneck analysis and performance reports
- Basic banking domain knowledge preferred

- API & UI performance KPIs (Latency, TPS, Page Load, TTI)
- Infrastructure capacity & availability (>99.99%)
- Database performance for Flexcube / LOS / LMS migrations.
