About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) specializing in ICU and Telemetry for per diem hospital assignments in Halifax, VA.
Key responsibilities include: delivering high-quality, safe care in an acute-care setting, assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring cardiac rhythms and equipment, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to safety and infection-control standards, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications required: active Virginia RN license , at least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years, current BLS and ACLS certifications , a recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test , and COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Preferred skills: professionalism, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
