Pepe’s Mexican Restaurant is seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. This role is responsible for leading the team, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. The Shift Manager plays a key role in driving performance, accountability, and consistency.
Job Description
- Supervise and manage team member performance during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth daily operations by coordinating with team members and management
- Deliver and maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the General Manager
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow all cash control procedures
