People Partner - South & London

About This Role

This field-based People Partner role involves collaborating with restaurant teams and operational leaders across London and the South, covering approximately 50 restaurants. The successful candidate will build relationships with operational leaders and translate people insights into tangible business impact within a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality environment. It suits a commercially minded individual who thrives on being close to the action and making a difference on the ground.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Market, District, and Restaurant Managers, spending time in restaurants and understanding challenges and opportunities across the region
• Connect people priorities to business results, using insight to improve retention, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and overall restaurant performance
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases, providing pragmatic advice and coaching managers to handle issues confidently and consistently
• Turn people metrics and trends into clear actions, challenging assumptions and helping leaders make better-informed decisions
• Coach and influence managers at all levels, strengthening leadership behaviors and raising the bar on people management
• Challenge the status quo, identify opportunities to improve people practices, and drive consistency across a growing multi-site operation
• Embed the values of Authentic, Entrepreneurial, Fun, and Service-Minded in everyday decisions, behaviors, and experiences
• Champion engagement, DEI, wellbeing, and psychological safety, ensuring teams feel supported, included, and able to thrive
• Work closely with the wider People team and operational leaders to deliver change, maintain compliance, and support the continued growth of Wingstop UK&I
