People Consulting - Payroll - Manager

About This Role

Working as a Manager-level consultant in the Technical Consulting team, you will contribute to various SAP HCM projects for customers globally. The role involves leading teams in business transformation and managed services for SAP engagements, designing and optimizing SAP solutions, and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Leader to contribute to SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects
• Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
• Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
• Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
• Design and optimize SAP solutions to meet business requirements
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and SAP guidelines
• Interact with SAP vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate new products
• Stay informed about SAP updates and innovations
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
• Provide regular status reporting to the onsite coordinators
• Interface with customer representatives as and when needed
• Travel to customer locations on need basis
• Perform end-to-end HCM Project Management for SAP HCM
• Conduct RFP estimations

Requirements

• Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
• SPRO configuration end-to-end for the country of expertise
• Good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll
• Good knowledge of PTP, BIB and ECP technologies
• Sound knowledge on Payroll Control Centre (PCC)
• Configure requirements for Payroll - end to end process
• Over 12+ years of SAP HCM experience including implementations in end-to-end payroll process
• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 12+ years
• Excellent business communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Hands on role with managing the team
• Good working knowledge on all project phases of SAP HCM

• Certified in ECP, HCM modules
