### Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to System Architects and Senior System Architects.
- Design reusable components, frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define solutions.
- Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
- Implement security, governance, and compliance standards within Pega applications.
- Manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, JMS, and APIs.
- Support deployment, release management, and DevOps activities.
- Participate in estimation, solution planning, and technical risk assessment.
### Required Skills
- Certified **Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)**.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity Platform.
