### Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Pega applications.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to System Architects and Senior System Architects.
  • Design reusable components, frameworks, and integration patterns.
  • Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define solutions.
  • Drive performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
  • Implement security, governance, and compliance standards within Pega applications.
  • Manage integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, JMS, and APIs.
  • Support deployment, release management, and DevOps activities.
  • Participate in estimation, solution planning, and technical risk assessment.

### Required Skills

  • Certified **Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA)**.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega Infinity Platform.
