Pega Developer

Role & responsibilities

• 6+ years of experience in Health care domain Skills. Demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in working on PEGA
• Reviewing the work of other developers/testers with the best technical / Functional Knowledge and approaches, providing feedback accordingly
• Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
• Possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers.
• Knowledge of Agile process
• Tech lead is responsible/accountable for all the deliverables within the team
• Should be proactive and ensure the deliverable commitments are met on time with defined quality
• Guide the team in all Functional and Technical glitches or any functional need assisting them in the right direction
• Proactively anticipate the risk and come up with a timely mitigation plan
• Ensure the team is productive.
• Motivate team members to perform more, provide opportunities for the individuals to prove their skills, motivate the team to work on values adds/ innovative thoughts/ automation /Process ideas
• Suggest and organize team building activities
• Effective planning and Utilization of associates
• Complete hiring and onboarding on time and ensure associates are productive per defined timelines.
• Conducting effective 1:1 discussion with associates, understanding team/Individuals concerns, Deliverable concerns, and act accordingly

EXPERIENCE

• 6+  years of experience in PEGA and

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Experience in developing solutions with Pega PRPC, ideally coupled with a Pega CSSA certification and LSA preferred
• Hand-on experience on HealthCare Domain & Frameworks.
• Advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features.
• Experience documenting requirements, functional design and leading test execution
• Experience in guiding the project teams in developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega
