Role & responsibilities

• Pega BPM & Case Management

• APIs – Basic Data Validation should be there.

• SQL- Understanding of SQL Queries.

• Wire framing is necessary. ( Should be able to design UML diagrams)

• Requirement Gathering and Prioritization and Elicitation.

• Knowledge on Business rules and regulatory requirements.

• Exp working with Azure , creation of user stories. – Add point 1.

• GCP knowledge on basic level.

• CBAP certification is good to have.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, Service Now.

• Serves as a Liaison between the business and technical teams and builds a strong network of relationships with various stakeholder groups.

• Understands Application infrastructure and to facilitate support activities and system maintenance.

• Responds quickly to business stakeholder questions and Concerns.

• Identifies impact on other solutions or projects works with other Product analyst’s stakeholders to identify Options and recommendation.

• Adept SQL and Dat base Concepts must have skills.

• Responsible for Stakeholder Management, Requirement Gathering, Requirement Elicitation, Wireframing, Managing product backlog and user story and User Acceptance testing.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Cloud Platforms ( Google Cloud Platforms Preferred. Azure or AWS Experience is also considered.

• Experience with API Gateways Service mesh Technologies, Enterprise integration patterns.

Security and Compliance:

• Ensure Applications meets security candidates and best practices.

• Collaborate with Security teams to address vulnerabilities and enforce compliance requirements.

• Adhere to Data Protection Protocols to HIPAA.

Must Have Skills:

• Requirements Documentation- Translate complex Business needs in to detailed BRD’s, FRD’s and User Stories and uses cases to align stakeholders and technical teams.

• Platform Orchestration- Manage Project lifecycles, backlogs, centralized Documentation using Azure Dev Ops, Jira and Confluence.

• Workflow Optimization- Audit Existing software and Product Gaps to streamline operational workflows and drive continuous system enhancements.

• Enterprise analytics- Design and Maintain standardized dashboards and Performance Metrics to Provide actionable insights for executive decision making.

• Agile Coordination- Facilitate Scrum processes, Cross Departmental coordination, to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.

• Advanced Data Reporting- Utilize advanced SQL and Stored Procedure to generate complex reports and perform deep dive analysis.

Good to Have Skills:

• System implementation – Lead End to end system configuration. User Acceptance Testing UAT, organization wide training for new roll outs.

• Tier 2 Troubleshooting- Provide high level technical support and Process improvements to resolve system issues and enhance service delivery.
