Pediatric Cardiology Physician Santa Clara, California We are seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Cardiologist to join our established pediatric specialty group in Santa Clara, California. Responsibilities for this clinical position include the comprehensive evaluation and management of children with congenital and acquired heart conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teaching skills and a strong commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
Our pediatric cardiology program is based at Santa Clara Medical Center and is supported by physicians, case managers, social workers, child life specialists, and dedicated support staff. We collaborate closely with our pediatric cardiology colleagues throughout Northern California, fostering a multidisciplinary and coordinated approach to patient care.
We offer a fully integrated practice environment with an electronic medical record and a strong focus on innovation and high-quality patient care. Our inpatient facilities include a 26-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 28-bed Pediatric Unit, and an 8-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit staffed 24/7 by Pediatric Hospitalists and Pediatric Critical Care/Intensivists. We also work closely with our Kaiser pediatric surgical and subspecialty colleagues, including the regional pediatric cardiac surgical program, as well as with our academic partners.
