Specialty: Pediatrician
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Schedule: Full-Time (4 day work week); Mon-Thu 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm. No weekend clinical hours.

This opportunity is designed for a provider seeking clinical autonomy and a professional, supportive environment where the focus remains on personal patient relationships rather than institutional quotas.
- Established Family Panel: Manage a thriving patient base with a heavy emphasis on newborns, toddlers, and early childhood development. The practice maintains a robust clinical mix of well-child visits and acute care, serving a stable, predominantly private-pay population.
- Optimized Operational Support: Operate within a "well-oiled machine" featuring 1:1.5 MA support and dedicated intake nurses. Our streamlined Athena EMR utilizes advanced templates to ensure administrative relief and maximum clinical efficiency.
- Provider-Directed Pacing: Enjoy the freedom to set your own schedule with generous appointment blocks: 20 minutes for well-visits and 10 minutes for acute/follow-up care, averaging a sustainable 20-25 patients per day.
- Exceptional Work-Life Synergy: Experience a true 4 day week with a Friday afternoon "early out" (no patients scheduled after 11:30 AM). The call burden is minimal and phone-only (1:3 rotation), with zero hospital rounding and no weekend requirements.
