**Pediatric Physical Therapist - Richmond, VA (Accepting New Grads)
Setting:** Outpatient
Shift Schedule: Full-Time/Part-Time (No Weekend, Night)
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 with a one-year commitment
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, primarily one-on-one therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
The role involves working with children with developmental, neurological, sensory-motor, and other therapy needs. Strong new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the therapy team.
- Provide family-centered care to culturally and linguistically diverse families.
Qualifications
- Virginia PT license or eligibility for Virginia licensure.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
- Pediatric experience preferred; strong new graduates welcome.
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach.
- Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
