About the role
The People and Culture Manager will have the opportunity to build Westwater's resort workforce and culture from the beginning. They will help decide who joins the Private Club, how leaders lead, how employees learn and how the standards described in Westwater’s publications become part of everyday behaviour.
This is not a role that begins once employees have been recruited. It is central to the creation of the Private Golf Club itself.
The successful candidate will join a highly motivated leadership team bringing together experience from private clubs, golf, agronomy, membership, hospitality, finance, purchasing and property development. Each leader will bring technical expertise, but the People and Culture Manager will help bring those different teams together around one shared purpose.
They will work closely with the Owner, GPI, General Manager and department heads, contributing their own expertise while learning from leaders committed to building something exceptional.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
- Strong leadership skills
