The Role: PBX Service Controller The PBX Service Controller logs, prioritises, and monitors service calls to ensure jobs are completed promptly . The role contributes to the business by keeping clients updated, managing fault escalations, and maintaining accurate service records . Main focus areas include scheduling technicians, liaising with suppliers and internal departments, and preparing basic service reports . Key Responsibilities Log, prioritise, and monitor all PBX service calls . Schedule and coordinate technicians to ensure open jobs are completed promptly . Keep clients updated on the progress of their service requests . Liaise with technicians, suppliers, and internal departments . Manage escalations and urgent faults . Ensure job cards and service records are accurate and complete . Prepare basic service reports and identify recurring issues . Work under pressure and manage multiple priorities . About You Previous service controller or coordination experience . Strong organisational and communication skills . Good telephone manner and customer service skills . Computer literate and comfortable using service-management systems . Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on tasks . PBX or telecommunications experience (advantageous) . Nucleus (formerly xBPO) experience (advantageous) .
