About the role
A Payroll Associate handles the fast-paced, semi-monthly end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring strict compliance with local labor standards and statutory mandates. The role primarily revolves around
* Auditing complex timekeeping data including leaves, night differentials and holiday premiums
* Preparing accurate payroll data, deductions, and final pay for separated employees
* Processing mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), loans, and year-end BIR Form 2316 annualizations
* Handling employee payroll inquiries and resolving any pay issues promptly.
Candidate must combine Microsoft Excel proficiency and familiarity with government mandated deductions with sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills to resolve employee disputes, and high stress tolerance to consistently meet tight, non-negotiable processing cutoffs.
