Payroll Specialist

About This Role

The Payroll Specialist runs payroll for a portfolio of client companies and handles related compliance, working autonomously within the personnel administration and labor consulting area. This role suits a professional who enjoys collaborative work and continuous learning in a multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Process pay slips for client companies, managing related social security and welfare contributions
• Manage monthly and annual compliance, including F24, UniEmens, Certificazioni Uniche, Modello 770, and INAIL self-assessments
• Handle mandatory communications related to employment relationships
• Manage practices and relationships with INPS, INAIL, and other competent bodies
• Oversee personnel administration activities throughout the different phases of the employment relationship
• Collaborate with professionals from different areas to address specific client needs and expand your skills

Requirements

• Solid experience in payroll processing and personnel administration, enabling autonomous management of related activities
• Knowledge of main National Collective Labor Agreements (CCNL) and labor, social security, and welfare regulations
• Enjoy working autonomously while maintaining a collaborative approach focused on service quality
• Desire to join a professional environment that fosters discussion, learning, and the development of new skills
