Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client entreprise un(e)
COORDINATEUR DE PAIES INTERNATIONALES (H/F) EN CDI.
Vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Supervision et réalisation de la paie internationale pour un total
de 1100 PAIES MULTI PAYS ET MULTI SITES (PORTEFEUILLE DÉDIÉ
D’ENVIRON 200 PAIES) - COORDINATION DE L’ÉQUIPE de 2 Payroll officers
- PILOTAGE DES PRESTATAIRES LOCAUX
LOGICIEL : WORKDAY (non exigé).Vous justifiez d’une EXPÉRIENCE SIGNIFICATIVE D’AU MOINS 6 ANS sur un
poste similaire en gestion de la paie, idéalement internationale.
Vous écrivez et parlez anglais (niveau courant minimum requis).
Vous avez de l’expérience en management d’équipe.
DURÉE DU TRAVAIL / STATUT : Cadre forfait jour.
RÉMUNÉRATION : autour de 50KEUR selon profil sur 12 mois -
intéressement et abondement
1 jour de télétravail/sem possible une fois le poste maîtrisé.
PRISE DE POSTE : OK Préavis
