About This Role
This role involves the maintenance and operation of building mechanical equipment, making the most of a qualified electrician's skills in a field where they can grow. The position suits a facilities management professional who wants to contribute to providing safety, security, and comfort to facilities as part of a stable business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and inspect properties by patrolling managed properties in a company car, based at the Ebina office
- Maintain and repair electrical, air conditioning, water supply and drainage systems, heat source equipment, and elevators
- Manage hygiene and maintain, inspect, and operate building-related facilities
- Manage data and create reports using a computer
Requirements
- Class 2 Electrician qualification or higher
- Experience in facilities management (maintenance, inspection, operation management)
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
Nice to have:
- Building Environment Sanitation Management Engineer, Class 3 Chief Electrical Engineer, Class 2 Chief Electrical Engineer, or Energy Manager qualification
- Interest in maintenance, property management, or building management
- Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical, air conditioning, water supply and drainage systems, heat source equipment, and elevators

Important Details
- Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 (1 hour break)
- Holidays: 120 days per year
- Monthly holidays: 9 to 10 days (shift system)
