About the role
📍 Location: West
💰 Basic Salary: $1,600 – $2,600++ (Based on experience)
🎁 Benefits: AWS + 2–3 Months Performance Bonus + Yearly Salary Increment
🕒 Working Hours:
• 5-day work week, including weekends
• Shifts: 9am–6pm / 11am–8pm
• 1 weekday off + 1 weekend off
📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect payments from patients during discharge
• Provide financial counselling on inpatient charges
• Assist with patient discharge procedures
• Arrange follow-up appointments
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
✅ REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum GCE N-Level with 1 year of customer service experience
• Service-oriented with a passion for helping patients
• comfortable working shifts
