In Patient Scheduling at Main Campus Lee Building
Work schedule will be Full-time on the Day Shift, M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m..
Summary: Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused functions within the Patient Registration Department as it pertains to scheduling patients for appointments into the health system.
Other Information: Must be able to; 1) multi-task, 2) work independently, 3) communicate on varying levels, both written and oral.
Credentials With Equivalent Qualifications: Education with Equivalent Qualifications:
Essential:
- High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent
Nonessential:
- Bachelors of Science or Arts in Business Administration
Nonessential: Experience with Equivalent Qualifications:
- 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Care Admin - Registration
Children’s of Alabama Scheduling office is located on the Main Downtown Campus exclusively in the Lee Building. Centralized intake center for patient referrals and appointment call center scheduling for specialty clinics, therapies, testing, and radiology procedures. Responsible for performing multiple customer-focused scheduling workflows in collaboration with the specialty offices. Works directly with patients/families to schedule their specialty appointment.
Schedule: M-F 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
