About the role
Position Description: Patient Care Leader
- The Patient Care Leader (PCL) is a clinical nurse who leads the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit.
- This nurse is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes.
- The Patient Care Leader provides 24 hour/ 7 day accountability care for assigned patients.

Requirements:
Certifications and Licensures:
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree – Nursing
Experience:
- Required experience - 2 years acute care RN
