Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Support client mobility and safety needs
- Perform ROM and mobility exercises per care plan
- Observe and report changes in condition to the nurse case manager
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving or home health experience
- Current CPR certification
- Physical exam and negative TB test (within the past 12 months)
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical job demands
- Clear drug screen and background check
- Strong communication skills and commitment to HIPAA compliance
