Duties
As a Student Intern (Information Technology), you will carry out limited professional assignments in a technical professional field under periodic technical supervision on all phases of assignments, applying established methods, tests, procedures, and techniques, and recording actions and results. You will assist with analyzing reports, researching cyber security incidents, determining cyber security controls to prevent incidents, and implementing cyber security controls. You will assist with developing cyber security improvements to address emerging threats.
Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this internship is someone who is pursuing at least a bachelor's degree with a major in a computer science, information science, or information systems management oriented field.
To qualify at the ZT-2 or GS-05 level:
Completion of 4 academic years of post-high school study leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
