JOB SUMMARY
A reputable restaurant is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join its team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and practical experience in preparing different types of pastries and baked products while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare a variety of pastries, baked goods, and desserts
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Prepare pastry ingredients and manage production efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene in the pastry section
Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage
Follow food safety and quality standards
Develop new pastry varieties when required
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef
Good knowledge of different types of pastries and baking techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Good hygiene and kitchen management skills
Must be hardworking, creative, and reliable
Candidates must reside in Dugbe or within close proximity
