This stunning restaurant, which has gained an excellent reputation for serving innovative French/European cuisine, is seeking a talented Head Pastry Chef to join its brigade. The restaurant seats 90 covers with a separate private dining area/chef's table for 20 covers. Only the finest ingredients are used to produce all aspects of patisserie including ice-creams and petit fours. The kitchen is overseen by a very talented Executive Chef from a strong Michelin background who is looking for ambitious chefs to add to his team.
