We are looking for coverage on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. The hours are 3:45 AM to 11 AM. Some days may be finished between 8 AM and 10 AM. Please note that punctuality, being on time, and showing up in a very consistent manner are required.
Must know how to bake, prep, proof; cleanliness is a must, and must be able to work with a team of other high-performance, hard-working individuals. Attention to detail and the ability to learn fast under the direction of our executive pastry chef(s) are essential. Experience is recommended. Weekend availability is also required.
