Pastry Chef

About the role

Pastry Chef / Pastry Cook position working Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight). You will prepare, bake, and plate a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for evening service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and plate a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods for evening service
• Execute dough preparation, lamination, standard piping, and detail decoration
• Monitor night shift inventory, handle prep lists for the following day, and order kitchen supplies as needed
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards throughout shift cleanup and closeout

About you

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Pastry Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and dessert presentation
• Ability to work independently during evening hours and deliver consistent results
• Solid time-management skills and physical stamina for kitchen shifts
• Food Handler / SafeServ Certification preferred
