Responsibilities
- Lookup correct part numbers for requested items
- Research alternatives for unavailable parts
- Build parts pick tickets and estimates for the service department
- Suggest up-sales items for units in the service dept
- Pull and cashier needed parts for the service dept
- Organize service dept. special orders for easy pulling when needed
- Pull and cashier service special orders and layaways
- Keep parts to service area clean and organized
- Inform service writers and management of backordered parts
Requirements:
- 1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired
- Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory
- Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using the proper catalog
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
