What You'll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts requests
- Supply parts quickly and accurately to our service technicians
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts records
- Process orders, returns, warranties, and special orders
- Merchandise and organize the parts department
- Deliver outstanding customer service every day
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- CDK experience is a major advantage
- GM dealership experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
