Partnerships Manager

About This Role

This Partnerships Manager role focuses on driving the growth of the company's mobile app monetization business, specifically with an SDK focus. The position involves managing SDK-based monetization products and publisher/developer accounts, leveraging expertise in In-App Advertising (IAA), mediation platforms, mobile advertising SDKs, and programmatic advertising. You will work closely with app developers, publishers, product, engineering, and internal business teams to drive SDK integrations, optimize monetization performance, and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with mobile app developers and publishers
• Own the full customer lifecycle, from SDK integration to testing, launch, optimization, and scaled monetization
• Understand publishers' traffic, monetization goals, and business needs, and develop customized monetization strategies
• Monitor key performance metrics such as Revenue, eCPM, Fill Rate, CTR, ARPDAU, and Retention to identify growth opportunities and improve monetization performance
• Take ownership of revenue growth and overall business performance for assigned accounts

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in mobile advertising, AdTech, SDK monetization, app monetization, publisher management, or a related field
• Proven experience managing SDK monetization products, publisher accounts, or developer monetization operations
• Strong understanding of mobile IAA monetization models and the broader mobile advertising ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with major mediation platforms and a solid understanding of their operational logic
• Good understanding of major advertising SDKs, such as Google, Meta, and other leading mobile advertising platforms
• Strong understanding of RTB, Bidding, Waterfall, Mediation, DSP, SSP, Ad Network, and SDK concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use monetization data to identify issues and growth opportunities
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate directly with international clients and partners
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with the ability to independently drive projects and business growth
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
