About This Role

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious veterinarian to lead a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital from its launch at the end of 2026. The Partner Veterinarian will lead the care team, set the standard for medical excellence, and play an integral role in the success of the hospital, benefiting from equity ownership and profit sharing without the risk or cost of starting a practice.

Requirements

• DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• Hold (or be eligible for) a Veterinary State License in Missouri
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience
• Committed to gold-standard medicine and preventative care
• Confident leading, mentoring, and collaborating within a team
• Committed to Fear Free or low-stress handling
• Passionate about improving veterinary care and educating pet parents
• Adaptable and comfortable in an innovative, fast-paced environment
• Compassionate team player with strong communication skills

Important Details

• Schedule: consistent four-day work week, no on-call or late nights
