Role Description The Part-Time Stylist role at EVEREVE in Southlake, TX is an on-site position focused on providing exceptional, personalized styling and service to customers. In this role, the Stylist greets and engages customers, listens to their needs, and curates outfits and product recommendations that fit their lifestyle and preferences. The Stylist supports daily store operations by maintaining visual standards, restocking merchandise, assisting with fitting rooms, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment. This is a part-time role that requires availability during retail hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays, and involves working closely with the store team to meet sales goals and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, actively listen, and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.
- Demonstrated interest in fashion and styling, with the ability to put together outfits, interpret trends, and confidently offer styling advice.
- Retail or sales experience in a customer-facing environment, with comfort working toward individual and team sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, including collaboration with colleagues and support of store operations.
- Reliability and flexibility in scheduling, with availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills for maintaining visual standards, fitting rooms, and product displays.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic technology tools to assist customers, process transactions, and access product information.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise for extended periods, in line with typical retail store requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional experience in fashion, styling, or customer-focused roles is a plus.
